    Nithya Das is legal counsel at AppNexus, a company that provides real-time advertising technology for on-line advertising, where she manages a range of legal matters for management, sales, marketing, product development, operations and other corporate functions. Prior to joining AppNexus, Nithya was an associate and member of the Technology Companies Practice Group at Goodwin Procter. Nithya is experienced in venture capital law, technology transactions and business development having worked on a range of transaction for companies in various technology driven industries.     Alex Doll is CEO and President at OneID. He is also a Board Member and investor with CounterTrack and Alpha Card Systems. Prior to OneID, Alex spent the last year researching innovative and fresh approaches to the digital identity problem as an Executive in Residence at Khosla Ventures. Alex was a founding executive at PGP Corp. helping steer its growth from inception to global industry leader in trusted data protection. At the time PGP Corp. was sold to Symantec, PGP Corp. had sold its encryption platform to over 5,000 of the world's largest companies and had over 400 employees located across the globe. Alex has also worked at PeopleSoft, Embark and Robertson Stephens. Alex graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Management and Technology program with degrees in Systems Science Engineering and Finance and received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School Business.

Eliot founded Templates.com, an online software retailer that was acquired 2002 & subsequently worked at the Permal Group, a multi-billion dollar global fund of hedge funds (acquired by Legg Mason in 2006).

    Freddy Kerrest is Vice-President, Operations and Co-Founder of Okta, Inc. the market-leading on-demand identity and access management service for business applications. He is also an advisor to the Trust Center for Entrepreneurship at MIT and select startup software companies. Prior to starting Okta, Freddy evaluated early stage enterprise software companies at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and was an early employee in sales and business development at Salesforce.com.

    Stan Lapidus is founder and President of SynapDx Corporation, a laboratory testing company that is developing novel tests for autism and other developmental disorders in children. He holds faculty positions at MIT and Tufts Medical School, and is founder and former President/CEO/Chairman of Helicos BioSciences Corp. Stan is also the founder and former President/CEO/Chairman of EXACT Sciences Corp. and the founder and former President of Cytyc Corporation. He holds over 30 US patents, largely in the early detection and diagnosis of cancer. He serves as a trustee of his alma mater, Cooper Union, in New York City.
